Diy jigging
assist hook with Asari hollow braid with 7x7 Stainless Steel wire core. This is a new product form ASARI. I was surprise that with the 7x7 wire core, it is still managable to tie a assist hook rig. For the below demo I purposely used the heaviest wire core braid 340lbs.

are the tools and accessories you will need to make Braid with 7x7 wire
assist hooks. Good for toothy fishes, These fishes are in for a suprise.

Step

Tools you will need:
A)Pro-Hunter Assist Hooks
C) Cutter or a heavy duty scissores.
D) Asari Hollow Braid with 7x7 Wire core
E) Shrinkable Sleeve.

Step 2 |
Cut a lenght of the ASARI Braid with 7x7 wire core (This demo we used 340lb) |

Step 3 |
Thread the matching solid ring and than thread both tags to the hook eye as suggested above image. |

At the tags end make a over habd knot. See image above.

Now carefully thread the hook point to the over hand knot loop.

Slowly slide the loop knotto the hook shank.

| Step 7 |
Next place your hook band over the scissors handle at the other end with your fingers. Gently pull the knoe tight. Be careful of the sharp hook.

Once the knot is tight, apply some super glue to the knot. Let it dry. |

Trim off the tag endsas seen above image. Carefull the of the wire ends are sharp.

Cut a length of the shrinkable sleeve and pull it through the hook eye. see imge.

Lastly with a lighter heat the sleeve until it shtink wrap the whole knot. The DIY Assist hook is ready to mate on a jig. Thooty fish be ware.
